[Job Details and Career Progression]

・POLISHING

This involves using various bits to polish in stages. Over approximately six months, you will deeply acquire the techniques for achieving the distinctive GAGAN texture and finishing to highlight the individuality of each product.

・STONE SETTING

You will progress through bezel setting, prong setting, and pave setting. Generally, you will start once you have mastered the polishing process, but we welcome motivated individuals to take on both simultaneously. Your salary will increase as your range of skills expands.

・WAX MODELING

Currently handled by designers, we are now looking for individuals who can accurately interpret the nuances of designers' illustrations and words and bring them to life as three-dimensional objects.

・CAD

You will create manufacturing data in communication with designers. While there are no dedicated CAD lessons, the team will support those who wish to learn it.

・DESIGN

If you have the sensibility to view things from the same perspective as designer Takahashi and be deeply involved until commercialization, we would like to entrust you with design work in the future.

We will evaluate your speed of skill acquisition, comprehension, and the precision and integrity of your handiwork, determining compensation according to individual ability.

▪️ For Inexperienced Applicants

・Upon employment, completion of a 3-day initial training session is mandatory.

・For those who acquire skills from scratch at GAGAN, employment is premised on a minimum of 3.5 years of continuous service to maintain and pass on our techniques.

▪️ For Experienced Applicants

・You will be required to perform a technical demonstration of approximately 1 hour during the interview.
